The Japan Exchange and Teaching Programme (JET Program)

JET (Japan Exchange and Teaching), a program sponsored by the Japanese government provides graduating students with the opportunity to live and work in Japan assisting English teachers in Japanese public high schools and junior-high schools. All inquiries should be directed to the Career Services on campus. You must be a senior with a June graduation expectation to apply. Japanese language background is not required. If you need a letter of recommendation from an instructor of a Japanese language course in our program, please be sure to ask at least three weeks in advance.
