| P'yongyang,
the capital of North Korea, is the only major city in the country that
is now open to visiting tourists from South Korea and other countries.
The tourist experience there is more tightly controlled than
it
is in most other places. Foreign visitors there are almost
always
asked to pay homage to the Great Leader President Kim Il Sung.
This is done either at his burial site at
Kumsusan Memorial Palace, or at his statue outside the Korean
Revolution Museum (right).
