come here to ski or to visit onsen
(natural hot springs), but the prefecture is also home to another
foreign country theme park, Roshia-mura ("Russia Village").
The town of Sasakami, where Roshia-mura is located, merged
into the city of Agano in 2004. Reading Connection Roshia-mura is mentioned in the article "Foreign Country Theme Parks: A New Theme or an Old Japanese Pattern?" by Joy Hendry.
